HanaCall Terms of Service

Welcome to HanaCall, an online video social platform for meeting new people. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms of service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use HanaCall.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HanaCall. By using the service you confirm that you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate. HanaCall is not available to anyone under 18.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You agree not to share your account, impersonate anyone, or create an account on behalf of someone else. You can start with a free match without signing up, but an account is needed to save conversations and manage purchases.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use HanaCall respectfully and lawfully, and to follow our Community Guidelines. That means no harassment, no explicit or non-consensual content, no recording or sharing other people’s video without consent, no scams or spam, and nothing involving minors. If someone breaks these rules, you can report and block them at any time.

You also agree not to misuse the service itself — for example, by trying to break or overload it, scrape data, get around safety features, or use automated tools to create accounts or send messages. These rules protect the experience for everyone and keep HanaCall a place where real people meet real people.

Coins, VIP and Purchases

New users start with 10 free matches. After that, you can keep going with coins, which work pay-as-you-go for extra time, gifts, and premium features, or with VIP at $9.99 per month, which includes 719 bonus coins plus priority access and exclusive features. Prices, coin amounts, and availability can vary by region and promotion — the amounts shown in the app when you check out are the ones that apply. Purchases give you a limited, non-transferable license to use the digital items, which have no cash value.

Refunds

Because coins and VIP unlock digital features immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the rules of the app store you bought through. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team and we will look into it.

Suspension and Termination

You can stop using HanaCall at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or our guidelines, or where we need to protect people’s safety. Serious violations — especially anything involving safety or minors — can result in a permanent ban.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

HanaCall is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep the service safe and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every interaction will be perfect or that the service will always be available without interruption. To the extent allowed by law, HanaCall is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Use good judgment, and see the Safety Center for tips on staying in control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as HanaCall evolves. When we make a meaningful change we will update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use HanaCall after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? The Help Center is a good place to start.
