These are the simple rules everyone on HanaCall agrees to. They exist so that meeting new people over video chat stays safe, respectful, and welcoming for all of us.
HanaCall is a place to meet new people over live video chat. That only works when everyone feels safe being themselves, so these community guidelines set out what we expect from each other. They apply everywhere on HanaCall — random matches, private chats, profiles, and video moments.
By using HanaCall you agree to follow these guidelines alongside our Terms of Service. Breaking them can lead to a warning, a restriction, or a ban, depending on what happened.
Who can use HanaCall
HanaCall is for adults aged 18 and over. If you come across anyone who appears to be underage, please report them right away so we can act.
Treat People With Respect

If someone ends the chat or asks you to stop, respect it. Everyone is free to move on at any time.
Keep it consensual
Only share what you are comfortable with, and never pressure anyone into anything on camera.
What Is Not Allowed on HanaCall
- Nudity, sexual content, or explicit acts on camera, and any content involving minors.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying of any kind.
- Recording, screenshotting, or sharing another person’s video or images without consent.
- Scams, spam, requests for money, or pushing people to other sites or apps.
- Impersonating another person, a brand, or the HanaCall team.
- Anyone under 18 — HanaCall is an adults-only platform.
If you see any of this, use report and block — it is the fastest way to keep yourself and others safe.
How We Handle Reports
Every report is confidential and reviewed by our moderation team. We look at the details and any evidence you share, and we prioritize anything involving safety. We would rather you report something small than stay quiet about something that felt wrong.
Recording and screenshots deserve special mention: capturing someone’s video without their consent is not allowed, and sharing it can have real consequences both on and off HanaCall.
What Happens When the Rules Are Broken

Recording, screenshots and consent
A video chat is a private moment between the people in it. Recording, screenshotting, or saving another person’s video or images without their clear consent is never allowed, and sharing that content anywhere can carry real consequences on and off HanaCall. If someone captures or threatens to share your video, report them right away — this is exactly the kind of thing our team acts on quickly.

The reason HanaCall feels welcoming is that most people show up wanting a genuine conversation, and they treat the person on the other side of the screen like a real human being.
